          Melbourne – Wednesday Morning Group Sessions

          Every Wednesday (all year around including in Winter under lights) from 6-7AM at the Bill Stewart Athletics Track in Burwood Victoria, we have an in-person speed session available to all runners.

           Sessions are led by a qualified First42K running coach and designed to improve your running technique, speed, and endurance. Sessions vary between things like intervals, fartlek, progression runs… and occasionally hill repeats! When it is a hill repeat session, all runners still meet at the track before jogging together to the closest hill.

          All sessions are time-based, not distance based and cater for runners of all abilities (regardless of your experience). So whether you’re a complete beginner or an accomplished marathon runner, our sessions are here to help you level up 🚀

          You DO NOT need to be an online member of First42K to come to these sessions – it is a different membership all together.

          With toilets and showers at the facility, you can go straight to work following the session if you need to.

          We have 2 membership options available:
